If you plan to bring a marine vessel, we will need proof of insurance. Please include a copy along with your completed Vacation Rental Agreement, which we will send via email if your booking is approved.
A 50% deposit is required if booking is being made 60+ days prior to arrival and the remaining balance will be charged in full 7 days before arrival.. 100% payment upon booking is required for reservations made within 60 days of arrival. Please review our booking terms and policies for complete details.
